Our Clinic Policy
In our commitment to provide the best experience to all of our clients and out of respect and consideration of our therapist's time, we have adopted the fallowing policies:
A 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling notice is required by all clients. Failure to do so will result in a $30.00 penalty fee. If a client scheduled after the 24hr cancellation notice requirement, but is unable to keep their appointment, they will also be charged a $30.00 penalty fee. If you are a Groupon holder, this cancellation policy still applies. However, your Groupon voucher stays unredeemed and is still usable for a future appointment. Some exceptions can be made due to emergencies or weather.
Late arrivals will be given a 5 min grace period from your scheduled appointment. If a customer arrives after the the 5 min grace period their session will be cut short. If possible, some exceptions can be made. PLEASE BE ADVISED ALL NEW CLIENTS MUST ARRIVE MINIMUM 10 MIN PRIOR TO THEIR APPOINTMENT.
Clients under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the entire session. Informed written consent must be provided by parent or legal guardian for any client under the age of 17.Children under age of 15 can not be left unsupervised in the waiting area.
All though we love our furry friends, for sanitation and other concerns our clinic PET FREE ZONE. Out of respect to all of our clients we ask that ALL Cell Phones must be turned down or turned off prior to coming into the office.
